Regional Shift Manager

Are you our new Lidl colleague? Calling everyone interested in supervisory work! We are looking for a regional Shift Manager for our stores in Tornio and Kemi. In this role, you will be part of everyday life in both stores. Previous supervisory experience is not required; the right attitude is what matters. As the title suggests, the Shift Manager leads their own shift and ensures that store operations—and especially the work of store employees—run smoothly when the Store Manager and/or Deputy Store Manager is absent. Supervisory experience is valuable on anyone’s CV, and the Shift Manager role is a great step on a leadership career path. Experience in any service field is also a great background, so we encourage you to apply. We will provide thorough training, even if your only experience of a store has been as a customer. An interest in supervisory work. You do not need previous experience; you will have the opportunity to learn and develop. We also hope you can serve customers in Finnish. Native-level Finnish is not required; Finnish at B1 level is sufficient for the work. We do not require language tests, but you should be able to greet customers and help them find products in the store. This requirement is intended to help you succeed and manage the tasks needed in the role. What we offer Competitive pay. We promote equal and fair pay through an equitable pay system. We follow the retail sector collective agreement and pay Shift Managers €13.96–€16.08 per hour. The basic hourly rate depends on the selected candidate’s work experience and education. In addition, there is a separate Lidl supplement of 1.5–3% and the evening, weekend and Sunday supplements set out in the collective agreement. Good benefits.
