Customer Success Manager

Admincontrol’s board portal provides boards and executives with a secure platform for document sharing, interaction and archiving. As Customer Success Manager, you will take responsibility for your own customer relationships and their comprehensive management and development. Your customers include, among others, company boards, management teams, CFOs and general counsel. You will work with Finnish customers in an international work environment. Responsibilities You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and its comprehensive management. You arrange training on the board portal for customers’ main users and end users. You ensure a successful user experience and identify customer needs. You handle customer support requests and solve problems. You identify opportunities for additional sales during customer relationships. We are looking for A relevant university or university of applied sciences degree, for example in business. Experience in customer service or customer-facing work. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent Finnish and English language skills. A calm and solution-oriented attitude. We appreciate Knowledge of Swedish. Previous experience with SaaS services. To succeed in the role, you are resilient under stress, goal-oriented, systematic and confident.
