Construction Project Manager

Tekova is seeking a capable project manager for new projects in the Turku region. With us, you can take overall responsibility for projects and work closely with customers, designers and production. As the person with overall responsibility for the project, you will ensure that the production process is controlled, cost-effective, high-quality and aligned with company objectives, and that the finished product meets the contract requirements. The role includes: - Leading the project from the contract stage through handover. - Acting as the customer’s primary contact throughout the project. - Guiding and coordinating design and quality-assuring design solutions. - Budgeting the project and monitoring costs. - Managing production resources, procurement and schedules. - Coordinating site meetings and stakeholder collaboration. - Handling project invoicing, forecasting and management reporting. - Coordinating handover activities, documentation and warranty-period operations. - Working closely with customers, designers, procurement and the production organisation. You have financial understanding and the ability to manage projects profitably. You can manage schedules, resources and several workstreams.
