Engineering Manager (Python)

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers working on AI research infrastructure, model training, and data pipelines. Drive production-ready implementations of research models and oversee distributed training and inference services. Establish best practices in testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and deployment. Collaborate with product and research leads to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact engineering outcomes. We’re looking for a strong academic background in Computer Science from a top university, leadership experience in high-performance environments, excellent Python skills, knowledge of distributed systems or HPC, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
