Snow Removal Worker at a Construction Site

We are seeking energetic and self-starting snow removal workers for our client company’s construction sites in Tampere and nearby areas for the 2026 winter season. Your duties include keeping construction site access routes, work areas and other necessary areas free of snow and safe. The work mainly involves shovelling snow with hand tools, spreading grit and other winter maintenance tasks at the construction site. We expect you to have: - A positive attitude and good physical fitness. - Readiness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. - Initiative and reliability. - A valid Occupational Safety Card. - Adult age. Previous experience at construction sites is considered an advantage, but the most important things are a good attitude and willingness to get to work! Work starts according to snow conditions in winter 2026. If you wish, you may have the opportunity to start working before the snow arrives in assisting duties at the construction site. Pay follows the construction industry collective agreement: €12.60–€15.56 per hour plus supplements, taking previous experience and skills into account. Working days are generally Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30, but we hope for some flexibility in working hours. Interested?
