Property Maintenance and Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a supervisor for a facilities maintenance and cleaning team We are seeking a supervisor for our client company to take responsibility for the operations of its facilities maintenance and cleaning team. We are looking for a responsible and organised person with a background in either cleaning or property maintenance and the ability to lead people and daily operations. What does the work involve? * Coordinating the daily operations of the facilities maintenance and cleaning team * Organising tasks and ensuring that work runs smoothly * Guiding and supporting team members * Monitoring work quality and agreed procedures * Resolving practical situations and developing operations * Communicating with various stakeholders in Finnish and English What do we expect from you? * A background in either cleaning or property maintenance * Supervisory or work-lead experience, or readiness to take responsibility for the team’s operations * Good organisational and interpersonal skills * An initiative-taking, solution-focused approach * Fluent English; English is mandatory for the role * Finnish language skills What do we offer?
