We are now looking for a motivated machine installer for our client Firmus Partners Oy for mobile installation work in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Previous experience in similar duties may not be necessary, as you will receive comprehensive onboarding for the job. Firmus Partners Oy, founded in 2010, provides a wide range of temporary construction-site installation services. Its site services include design, installation, maintenance and expert services related to façade services, construction-site lifts and mast platforms, construction-site electrical systems, environmental condition management and site facilities. In 2024, the company’s revenue was approximately 2.7 million, and it currently employs around 25 installers. Your working day Your days will be spent at construction sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area installing various construction machines and equipment. Installation tasks include, for example, passenger and goods lifts and mast climbing work platforms, so you should be prepared to work at height. The installation work is mainly mechanical, but may also include electrical installation depending on your skills and education. Work is performed on weekdays, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours. The employment relationship follows the Construction Industry collective agreement, and the position is permanent and full-time. We also hope that after your onboarding period you will be able to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks.
