Product Engineer - versatile expert for AI-driven development projects

Join Gabria’s top team! We are looking for a versatile software professional for a Product Engineer role who wants to build effective solutions in our customers’ development projects. The role focuses on using AI as part of building digital products, services and development processes. A brief overview of your role In this role, you are not tied to just one narrow area of responsibility. You can work wherever you create the most value at different stages of a project. Depending on your background and the project’s needs, your work may focus on software development, integrations, automation, quality assurance, cloud environments or the practical application of AI solutions. The role may also evolve during a project: you can start with one focus and move to another as the project progresses. You will succeed when you quickly understand the bigger picture and solution options rather than locking yourself into one technical niche. Your background could include: - Full Stack Developer - DevOps Engineer - Test automation specialist - Software Engineer with a broad approach to the work - Another versatile technical professional excited about building new solutions What we expect from you: - At least five years of experience in the software industry - Excellent expertise in one or more of the following areas: software development, DevOps, automation, testing, cloud services and integrations - Interest in and experience with successfully using AI tools, AI-assisted development or AI-based solutions - Ability to learn quickly and apply your expertise in different situations - A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work - Smooth collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Flexibility to work in different roles - Willingness to learn, develop and help others succeed - Fluent Finnish Previous experience working as a consultant is an advantage. Work starts according to our customer’s schedule. There may be a need for one to three professionals during the autumn or around the turn of the year.
