Installation Trainer (Account Manager)

Laattapiste-Pukkila is looking for an Installation Trainer (Account Manager) for technical specialist sales. The primary location is Oulu, though working elsewhere in the territory is also possible. The role combines customer relationship development, training and technical expertise. You will generate demand for construction products and serve as a trusted customer expert, helping bring effective solutions into demanding building projects. You will build lasting relationships with construction and tiling companies and designers, train them in products and systems, and help identify suitable solutions for each project. Laattapiste-Pukkila is a Finnish family-owned company and one of the best-known players in its field. The work is based on cooperation, sharing expertise and supporting customer success; you will have responsibility without being left on your own. You will join the building products team. Its product groups include Mira wet-room systems and tiling solutions, tiling tools, Kerakoll grouting products and Wedi XPS construction boards. Your territory covers Oulu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Seinäjoki and Vaasa. The work involves regular travel to customers throughout the area. Oulu is the preferred place to live, but living elsewhere in the territory can also be considered. Your main goal is to build and deepen cooperation with tiling companies in your area. They are your most important customer accounts. You will actively build networks, develop their expertise through training and strengthen cooperation and the use of Laattapiste-Pukkila solutions in local projects. You will also work closely with construction companies, designers and other stakeholders to bring solutions into building projects. In your daily work: - Develop demand for construction product groups in your territory. - Build and develop long-term customer relationships, especially with local tiling companies. - Train customers in the correct use of products and systems. - Deliver training sessions, webinars and site kick-offs. - Act as the projects’ technical expert from design through implementation. - Support project sales in customer meetings and negotiations. - Help ensure solutions are successfully implemented on site. You will work as a technical project expert and trainer, ensuring solutions are successfully put into use on site. You will cooperate closely with project sales, which is responsible for sales and pricing. Your contribution will be visible as solutions move from the design table to construction sites and completed projects. You will thrive in the role if you enjoy customer-facing work, sharing expertise and helping construction professionals succeed. You understand construction products, installation and site practices, and can discuss and explain solutions in a practical and convincing way. Your background may be in site supervision, technical sales or construction expertise. Practical tiling experience is helpful. We value an active, self-starting approach, the ability to work independently and a desire to cooperate closely with customers and colleagues. Good English is required; Swedish is an advantage.
