Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a customer service specialist for production control to join our team at our Vantaa office. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and is a fixed-term replacement from 1 December 2026 to 31 August 2027. Your daily work includes: - HelpDesk work, receiving work orders and production control. - Coordinating with our customers and Caverion’s maintenance staff. - Forwarding and acknowledging work promptly, checking billing information and reporting in customers’ systems. Are you the person we are looking for? You will enjoy working at Caverion if you have: - Previous experience in customer service or HelpDesk work. - Good IT skills and proficiency in MS Office. SAP skills are an advantage. - Good English skills. Swedish skills are an advantage.
