Requirements include experience in IT service leadership (Service Director/Service Manager or equivalent), strong stakeholder leadership, ITIL knowledge, service governance, financial management, and fluency in Finnish and English. Desired pluses include outsourcing or hybrid environments, offshore/nearshore models, service transformation, and commercial acumen. The role requires a security clearance to the extent required by client engagements.
