Join us in building meaningful stories of our clients as a Personal Assistant at Validia Oy. We are currently recruiting Personal Assistants for the Tikkurila area in Vantaa. This role involves home-based or community-based support for individuals within the disability services, helping with activities of daily living, hobbies, studies, and mobility to enable independent living at home for as long as possible and to support an active, meaningful daily life aligned with the client’s wishes and rights. The work is varied and occasionally unpredictable, arranged with the client; you can influence shifts by agreement with the client. You work independently and follow agreed practices. A flexible attitude and your personality matter. The role suits students and retirees as a part-time option, and we do not require formal education or prior experience, though they are a plus.
