Nammo Engineer Program Nammo is one of the world’s leading producers of special ammunition and rocket engines, with aerospace and ramjet technology in its portfolio. Nammo Raufoss is the largest company in the Nammo group and has development, production and a test centre located together in Raufoss. The Aerospace Propulsion business area has more than 200 skilled engineers working on the development of new products. An important part of the development work is conducting analyses of, among other things, advanced technology, complex and innovative design solutions, and modern production methods. As an engineer with us, you follow products closely from the concept phase to series production. During your first two years, you will have the opportunity to work in several different R&D departments, such as analysis, electronics, chemistry and materials, design, systems and testing, as well as quality assurance, logistics and production. At the end of the period, we will work together to find the department that best suits you and your skills. The program gives you a rare opportunity to build solid experience across disciplines while exploring where you enjoy working most. The start date is set for 1 September 2027. Qualifications: We are looking for a recent graduate with a BSc, MSc or PhD. A vocational certificate will be considered an advantage. We are also interested in applicants who have worked for a few years. Relevant educational backgrounds may include mechanical engineering, mechanics, electronics, physics, chemistry, materials and aerospace, but other technical and natural-science disciplines may also be of interest. The Nammo Engineer Program will provide an introduction to the development and production of rocket engines and propulsion systems.
