Chief Financial Officer

The CFO’s mission is to continue building upon Grüns' already strong finance and data function — evolving it into a best-in-class engine that empowers the entire organization to make faster, smarter decisions. Leading a team of three strong leaders, this role is about leading the strong teams below them to democratize financial intelligence across the Grüns organization: self-serve dashboards, on-demand reporting, and real-time visibility that puts decision-making power in the hands of every team member. The CFO is a relentless, collaborative business partner, never satisfied with where the business is on revenue scale or profitability, always pushing for the next point of EBITDA margin improvement across all functions and driving efficiency to fuel continued revenue growth. They will ensure Grüns scales with confidence while meeting all external requirements seamlessly in the background. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
