Restaurant DIN Hiili, Energiakuja 3, 00180 Helsinki Employment is permanent and full-time. Working hours are mainly on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00. Start on 1 December or by agreement. Your salary will be €3,500–€3,800 per month, depending on your education and experience. The restaurant at the Technopolis Ruoholahti campus, DIN Hiili, its lovely customers and professional team are waiting for a new leader. Our restaurant is a high-quality business-park staff restaurant with café services and busy meeting and hospitality operations. We serve 270–350 lunch customers every day. Seven professionals work at the restaurant. We have a strong spirit of working together and a desire to succeed in what we do, always keeping the customer at the centre. Make the pack greater than the sum of its parts You will lead by example for your staff and be the face of customer service. You are responsible for customer relationships and cooperation in daily operations. Organising work and acting as a supervisor are important parts of the role. Together with the head chef, you will lead the team towards quality and financial targets. Your duties include selling meeting and hospitality services together with representatives of the client company. You will also take part in serving in the dining area and at meetings. The smiles never fade in this pack You have education suitable for the role and previous experience in comparable positions as a results-responsible supervisor. You have experience managing a demanding customer account and a varied operation, as well as handling demanding hospitality duties. You are an inspiring, fair and organised leader who leads the pack by setting a positive example. Working with our customers and selling and marketing services come naturally to you. You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, as well as a flexible and positive attitude. You are organised and are not afraid to take on practical work. You are familiar with serving alcohol and have good IT skills. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
