Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Director for Hartela in Pirkanmaa. Hartela aims to achieve significant profitable growth in Pirkanmaa and strengthen its position as a multi-disciplinary construction company. We are now looking for a Regional Director to take overall responsibility for managing the Pirkanmaa business and to build the region’s next phase of growth. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for the results-oriented development of the Pirkanmaa business, profitable growth and strengthening the region’s market position. You will lead the business, personnel and production, and be responsible for setting, monitoring and achieving financial and operational targets. You will actively develop sales prospecting and tendering, grow the region’s order book, and identify new project and business opportunities. You will act as a visible influencer in the regional market, build trusted relationships with customers and partners, and ensure that the business develops in accordance with Hartela’s strategic objectives. You will lead an organisation of approximately 40 people and work closely with Hartela’s other regions and the group’s shared functions. You will report to Hartela’s Business Director. What we expect from you We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded construction leader with a strong understanding of construction, production and business development. You have a track record of results-accountable leadership and the ability to assess project opportunities, profitability and risks. You succeed by identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and building long-term relationships with customers and other stakeholders. We value experience with varied construction projects and different contract forms, as well as knowledge of the construction and property markets. Networks in the Pirkanmaa region are an advantage. As a leader, you are goal-oriented, inclusive and determined.
