Site Supervisor/Foreman

We are currently supporting a leading engineering contractor on a major high-tech facility project in Leuven, Belgium, and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman with a strong background in piping and welding installation. Location: Leuven, Belgium Project: High-Tech Facility Construction Contract: Long-term opportunity Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities for piping and welding works Coordinate subcontractors and site teams Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards Monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues Liaise with project management, HSE, and quality teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and welding activities Experience working on industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, or other high-tech facility projects is highly desirable Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple disciplines on site Good understanding of HSE and quality requirements
