We're looking for a Finnish-speaking Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role As our Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving revenue and expanding our growing Finnish customer base. You will manage incoming sales leads, conduct proactive outbound outreach to existing accounts, and close upsell opportunities. To drive success, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer support, and product owners to align customer feedback with business growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement and sales – Manage warm and cold sales leads, guiding them toward the features and plans that best align with their business needs. Drive active prospecting- Identify and engage with high-potential small businesses that would benefit most from Holvi’s financial tools. Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with high-potential customers and identify growth opportunities. What We Are Looking For Experience – Background in sales or account management, ideally in financial services. Communication – Excellent spoken and written Finnish, balancing service with a commercial mindset. Technical Skills – Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and open to using AI-assisted tools for account insights, meeting summaries, and workflow efficiency. Process Improvement – Oversee workflows and spot areas where smart automation or AI tools can streamline repetitive admin, surface hidden account trends, and improve sales results. Organisation – Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. How to Succeed in This Role Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Use CRM and workflow insights to streamline interactions. Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Maintain clear, consistent communication to strengthen relationships. Take full ownership of your pipeline, targets, and daily work to drive consistent results.
