Site Selection Manager — EMEA

Before Verda can build or deploy, someone has to find the right location. Site selection is one of the highest-leverage functions in a growing infrastructure company — a good decision here shapes everything that comes after: construction cost, power availability, latency, regulatory compliance, and long-term scalability. We\'re looking for a Site Selection Manager for EMEA who specialises in powered land and power shell opportunities. Your primary focus is identifying, evaluating, and securing sites with the right power infrastructure already in place or within reach — the kind of assets that let Verda move fast rather than wait years for grid connections.Nordics are the current top priorities. You\'ll build and own the broader EMEA pipeline alongside them. This is not a strategic advisory role — you\'ll be on-site regularly, running your own evaluations, managing broker relationships directly, and driving deals to close yourself.
