Deltidslärare

We are expanding our business team and are seeking temporary, part-time instructors for teaching and guidance positions. The role focuses on customer service, sales, marketing and retail components of the business foundational degree; appreciation for related components is also welcomed. Experience teaching and guiding adult students with immigrant backgrounds and with vocational qualifications supports the role. Qualifications follow the Education Personnel Qualifications under the decree 986/1998 (amended 1150/2017): a suitable higher education degree, 60 credits of pedagogical studies, and at least three years of practical work experience; we may consider applicants lacking formal qualifications and assess suitability case by case. We offer a workplace guided by sustainable development, a multidisciplinary and skilled staff, and a supporting organization with traditional processes for face-to-face and remote teaching. Terms follow Sivista ry's collective agreement. The position is fixed-term until summer 2027 with a workload typically under 16 hours per week. Salary 21.98–27.67 EUR/hour.
