Professio Group offers internship opportunities across multiple teams in an emerging expert organization. This open call targets students pursuing studies at a university of applied sciences or polytechnic who are seeking an internship as part of their studies. Our office is located in Espoo, and the practical implementation of the internship will be agreed with the task and team needs. Internships may be available in areas such as data work, digital learning content, customer service and invoicing, content production and event support, and customer experience, training and events. The exact content will be shaped by your skills, study direction and current needs. Where can you intern? Customer Experience Team: support the practical execution of trainings and events and ensure a smooth customer experience. Customer Service and Invoicing: participate in everyday customer service, handling customer inquiries and invoicing support tasks. Data Work: tasks may involve data handling, maintenance, quality assurance and practical reporting support. Digital Learning Content: assist in creating AI-enabled videos and other digital learning materials and in developing new ways to produce learning content in practice. Marketing Tasks: participate in producing marketing materials for various channels; duties may include guest recruitment to support event and audience reach. Content Production: work on texts, materials and other content to support trainings, events and marketing. We expect you to be studying at a polytechnic or University of Applied Sciences and to be motivated to complete an internship as part of your studies in our team, with an inclination to one or more of the above areas, proactive attitude, thoroughness and good collaboration.
