AI Engineer

Solita Akatemia offers personal mentorship from AI, data and software development experts. You work on client projects as part of multidisciplinary teams and develop intelligent solutions using generative AI, large language models, modern data platforms, and cloud services. In October 2026, several Solita academies will start in Development and Connected Data units, covering data platform, analytics, integrations, AI and software development. You will join a broad mix of new Solita teammates from different teams and skill areas from the start. The work in a nutshell: You will be employed as an AI Engineer on client projects, where you are part of a multidisciplinary project team. You will design, build and develop intelligent solutions utilizing generative AI, large language models, modern data platforms and cloud services. You will participate in projects such as information retrieval assistants, document-process automation, conversation-based UIs, agent-driven workflows and other AI-enabled business processes. You will work at the nexus of data, software development and AI. You will build solutions that combine business needs, quality software, data platforms and AI models. You will participate in the whole lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring and further development. AI solutions are moving from experiments to production. In the academy you will learn to build solutions where data sources, language models, agents, evaluation, data security, guardrails and user experience form a coherent whole to solve real business problems. You will also learn why quality assurance for non-deterministic AI solutions requires different methods than traditional software; in addition to building models and agents you will learn evaluation, testing and monitoring in production. As a consultant you will be a trusted partner to clients: listening, asking clarifying questions and helping find solutions aligned with business goals. You will work as part of a team of experienced AI, data and software development professionals.
