Kitchen Shift Supervisor

We are seeking skilled kitchen shift supervisors in Northern Finland. In this role you will be a key support to the head chef and ensure smooth daily operation of the kitchen during your shift. You will be responsible for your shift in total and actively participate in dish production and the kitchen's everyday operational tasks, such as orders, stock control and inventories. You will lead the team by example, ensure smooth workflow and guarantee high-quality meals to customers. You will also help maintain kitchen efficiency, cleanliness and team spirit even in busy times. The job is varied and offers opportunities to develop your professional skills and advance on the kitchen career path. Your duties will include: cooking in the kitchen according to concept, plating and final touches, handling and storing ingredients, ensuring hygiene and self-monitoring, keeping the kitchen clean and functional, collaborating with other kitchen and dining room staff, assisting the kitchen manager. We expect: previous experience as a cook, minimum 5 years; initiative and responsibility; ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; hygiene pass; proactive attitude and organizational skills; flexibility.
