The Floor Host is a full-time, on-site position based in Helsinki, Vallila, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the main premises of our key client and for overall guest and staff experience. The role involves moving around our facilities to ensure everything is in good order, being attentive to issues that require action, and providing high-quality service to employees and visitors. You will actively contribute to improving the workspace experience by suggesting improvements related to spaces, movement, and services, and by ensuring furniture and workstations function properly while proposing development ideas related to work areas. You will enjoy interaction and work to ensure a successful day for everyone using the property and its premises. We offer top-quality service experiences daily and handle tasks promptly, going beyond client expectations. Responsibilities include observing and enhancing user experience at the offices. We expect you to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and frequently move between buildings and floors. You will use Microsoft Office applications, email, and various electronic systems; strong IT skills are required. Typical shifts are weekdays 6:00–18:00. The role is full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent, starting as soon as possible per the agreement. Salary is at least the Facilities Services collective agreement pay grade of 4 (2235 €/month) with possible increase based on completed qualifications; total pay can reach 2300–2500 €/month depending on experience.
