A kitchen workshop work trial program for youth. The role involves participating in daily lunch preparation for the whole workshop community in a professional kitchen setting. The program offers training in specialty coffee preparation and customer service at the popular Kuussa cafe. During the work trial, participants complete a hygiene certificate. The trial includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. Support is provided for arranging tasks and planning the future, including job or study applications. The program is targeted at youths aged 18–28 who are unemployed residents of Vantaa; instruction is provided in Finnish and the language level must allow understanding of Finnish instructions.
