Förskollärare

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join our team at Lystilän day care. The position is permanent with start date negotiable. You will work with a group for under-3s and collaborate with a social pedagogue and a child nurse in the unit. The day care employs a multi-disciplinary team including teachers, social pedagogue and assistants, and there are also fixed-term developers and music-focused developers on staff. The work shifts vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10, and may include evening and night work paid as a supplement. The job is located near a shopping center with good transport links. We require a valid Early Childhood Education teacher qualification under the Local Government Act and ideally a preschool teaching credential with strong Finnish language skills. The contract follows the municipal teaching staff collective agreement. Pay is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR per month, with additional monthly allowances for certain qualifications (e.g., child development).
