Kokkeja needed for autumn and Pikkujoulukauden season in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We are seeking skilled cooks to strengthen our client companies' kitchens across the Helsinki area. There are diverse gig opportunities in à la carte restaurants, hotels and event and catering venues. Shifts focus on day, evening and weekend depending on the venue. As a cook you are responsible for high-quality food preparation and smooth kitchen operations. Tasks may include: handling and pre-preparation of ingredients; preparation of à la carte dishes; preparation of buffet and event service; finishing and plating of dishes; maintaining HACCP, hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation; coordinating with other kitchen and dining staff. Requirements include prior restaurant kitchen experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a proactive attitude and good stress tolerance, flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, and a hygiene passport.
