This posting describes a kitchen workshop internship for youth to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. The program includes daily lunch preparation for the workshop community, training in specialty coffee preparation and customer service at the Kuussa cafe. The internship provides a hygienic certificate upon completion, small-group coaching, and fitness activities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. Support is provided for administrative tasks and planning for future studies or employment. Target participants are residents of Vantaa aged 18–28 who are unemployed jobseekers. Guidance is conducted in Finnish, and participants must be able to understand instructions in Finnish. To apply, see the youth workshop pages linked below. Location: Liidon multipurpose hall, Lummetie 2 b, C-entrance. This is a Työkokeilu (work-experience) placement arranged through employment services–self-guided coaching.
