Förskollärare

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for the Aurinkokiven Daycare in Vantaa to work in a group of 3–5 year olds. The role includes planning, implementing, developing and evaluating pedagogical activities in accordance with the Vantaa early childhood education and pre-school plan and unit plan, together with other staff. We value strong teamwork and the ability to notice each child's individual needs. The teacher will contribute to building the group's operating culture and learning environment, and work in a multi-professional setting with collaboration as a natural part of daily work. The unit uses ProVaka as a framework for supporting children's social skills. You will participate in the unit’s leadership group and receive support from a pedagogue for special needs. The work community aims for a warm, collaborative and committed atmosphere. The daycare is located in Kivisto with good transport connections and offers five groups plus a drop-in space and clubs. We require strong Finnish language skills in writing and speaking. Salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month with increments for further qualifications and experience. Employment type is fixed-term, with 38h15min per week.
