The job is for a permanent position as an early childhood education teacher in the under-3 group at Lystilä Daycare in Vantaa. Working hours vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10. The group includes one other early childhood education social educator and one early childhood education assistant. The daycare employs several other teachers, assistants, and specialized staff. A developer-teacher and a music-focused developer-teacher are also temporarily employed during parts of 2026. The start date is negotiable. The ProVaka model (Positive group-based learning in early childhood education) started in Lystilä in August 2024. The daycare sits near shopping center Jumbo with good transport links and nearby parks and nature spots. We expect a positive, sensitive, innovative, flexible and customer-oriented approach and commitment to the work and community. An incentive of EUR 1,500 is paid to employees who relocate from outside the local municipalities after a six-month probation period to the central municipalities listed (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Nurmijärvi, Tuusula, Kerava, Järvenpää, Sipoo and Kirkkonummi). The contract is permanent with a six-month trial period. Full-time. Working time is 38 h 15 min per week with possible evening/night shifts compensated in cash.
