Personlig assistent

This is a Finnish-language JobPosting for a Personal Assistant in Tampere and nearby municipalities. Responsibilities include assisting a client with everyday tasks that the client cannot perform due to injury or illness. No separate training is required as comprehensive onboarding and support are provided. The role is suitable for people in various life situations; you can influence which shifts you accept. The same caregiver or care team will visit during scheduled times, making this more steady work rather than freelance gigs, and you can adjust your workload and potentially serve one or multiple clients. We offer a calm, responsible, and meaningful job, pension and unemployment contributions, and holiday pay. You can influence working hours and duties. A warm and encouraging work community and good onboarding are provided. Requirements include good social skills, a positive attitude, excellent Finnish language skills, and social and health care qualifications or experience are a plus. Criminal record extracts are checked as per the Social Welfare and Health Care Supervisory Act. Salary is 12.79–14.50 €/h. All employees are employed, and retirement accrues normally.
