Knowit Solutions FLX is an entity within the Solutions business area that offers employees an appealing pay model. FLX is a home for experienced consultants where assignments come from across the business-area client base. In all assignments we share the client’s values and work toward a common future. The pay model is based on commission on invoicing, which can be up to 55% of invoicing. If a client project is not ongoing, we also pay a guaranteed salary with a raise on the first six months.
