Welder

TP Avuksenne Oy is seeking a Class Welder for a customer company in Tampere. The role involves welding steel structures and components in a machine shop, based on technical drawings, with a focus on precision, independence, and a quality end result. You will weld steel structures and components according to drawings, prepare pieces before welding, weld assemblies in a machine shop environment, ensure quality at different stages of the work, and collaborate with the production team. The position suits someone who enjoys practical work and wants to see their handiwork in finished products. We expect basic competence for the task and the ability to work independently. Previous welding experience, Finnish language skills, good ability to read drawings, ability to work autonomously in a machine shop setting, and a careful, quality-minded approach are required. We also value current welding qualifications or other evidence of welding skills.
