We are seeking an hourly, part-time activity guide for a day center caring for elderly people living at home who need support to cope with daily life or companionship. The role involves planning and delivering group activities, including movement, creative moments, and diverse activities. You will also help with kitchen and cleaning tasks to maintain a pleasant, safe environment. The position is part-time with a 0-115 hour contract over 3 weeks and shifts may vary; work is on weekdays during daytime. Salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement; the care assistant pay grade is G20C with hourly pay around 15 €/h, excluding experience allowances. Requirements include a social care qualification for a nurse aide, vaccination certificate, and social and health care professional card, fluent Finnish (minimum B2).
