The job is a practical work-learning opportunity for a merchant student to join K-Citymarket in the Oulu region. As a trainee, you will be part of the store’s daily life and participate in meaningful tasks. Duties may include assisting customers, placing products on display and taking care of the store’s upkeep, unloading goods and checking balances, and performing practical tasks with the team. You will learn store operations, customer interactions, and how the store comes together. You will receive team support and guidance, while also having the chance to work independently. The program expects you to be a merchant student seeking hands-on experience, enjoy working with diverse people, and be eager to learn and take on new tasks. Prior retail experience is not required; enthusiasm to learn and to be part of the team is most important.
