Hemvårdsarbetare

We are seeking a part-time home care worker for our local client in the Nokian, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi and Tampere area. In this role you will help clients in their daily life and perform tasks where your contribution directly supports clients’ well-being. We are looking for a long-term employee who wants to become part of a warm, friendly work community. The job is well suited for a student or someone seeking flexible part-time work with people. The duties mainly involve home cleaning in clients’ homes, but may also include other everyday tasks such as shopping assistance, errands, or light supporting tasks. You will work independently at different sites during the day, so initiative and good organizational skills are helpful. Fluency in Finnish is mandatory for the role, and you will need your own car as you move between client sites during the day. Prior experience in cleaning or home care is an advantage, but the most important are careful work habits, responsibility and a customer-oriented attitude. You will receive thorough onboarding and support from experienced colleagues at the start. The job is primarily day work from 9:00 to 17:00. Hours offered initially are approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the possibility to increase the workload over time according to your preferences and company growth. Pay is determined in accordance with the kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement, taking into account your experience and skills. Kilometre reimbursement is paid for car use. The work starts as soon as a suitable person is found.
