Receptionist

We are hiring a receptionist for a permanent position at Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone in Savonlinna, with an average of 60 hours over 3 weeks. Start date is as agreed. The hotel sits on the shores of Saimaa, in the city center, known for warm service, recently renovated rooms and beautiful lake views. As a receptionist you play a key role in creating memorable hotel experiences for guests from the first greeting onward. We value a cheerful, service-minded attitude and a genuine desire to meet guests warmly and professionally. You will work well both independently and as part of a team, and stay calm even in busy moments. Good communication skills, fluency in Finnish and English, and prior customer service experience are valued. Hotel or tourism experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is the desire to deliver great guest experiences. All employees participate in performance-based pay, which can add up to 1.10 €/h in some cases. Salary is determined according to the MaRaVa industry collective agreement (13.70–15.04 €/h), with additional evening, night and Sunday allowances.
