We are seeking two energetic and reliable Service Attendants for hotel cleaning in Oulu for a permanent, part-time position. The role includes cleaning and preparing rooms (making beds and changing linens, emptying bins, cleaning surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and toilets). There may be additional cleaning tasks or supportive duties in the hotel restaurant as needed. Teamwork and communication with accommodation staff, and when necessary with guests. Inspection and reporting of damages and maintenance needs to the supervisor. Management of cleaning equipment and supplies: maintenance of equipment and replenishment of cleaning agents. The hotel cleaner's work is a vital part of the operation, as cleanliness and comfort are central to guest experience. SOL Palvelut's hotel cleaning carries the Swan label, and we follow its criteria in all cleaning activities. You will participate in environmentally friendly cleaning practices and receive onboarding according to the Swan label criteria, which you can note on your résumé. The hotel environment is dynamic, so the job requires flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in rapidly changing situations. Good interpersonal skills enable smooth collaboration in a multicultural work environment. The physical nature of hotel work requires good basic fitness to support your performance. Working hours: Mon-Sun, 8–16 according to the shift roster, 25–30 h/week. Employment starts by agreement. We expect from applicants: good English for communication and safety; Finnish language skills are an advantage. Flexibility. Motivated attitude. Experience in cleaning tasks, especially hotel cleaning, is advantageous but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
