The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support while ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of test automation frameworks and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.\nResponsibilities:\n\tProvide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing issues related to software functionality and performance.\n\tDevelop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.\n\tCollaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.\n\tDesign and implement test strategies and frameworks that align with project requirements.\n\tConduct root cause analysis for defects and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.\n\tParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code.\n\tTrain and mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation and quality engineering.\n\tStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance.\nMandatory Skills:\n\tProven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Test Architect.\n\tStrong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).\n\tExperience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.\n\tSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.\n\tExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.\n\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nPreferred Skills:\n\tExperience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).\n\tFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).\n\tKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their testing implications.\n\tExperience in working with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.\nQualifications:\n\tBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\t7 10 years of experience in technical support, quality engineering, or related roles.\n\tRelevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.\nIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for quality engineering and technical support, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team at TechM Pune Sharda.
