This vacancy seeks a bilingual (Finnish/English) early childhood education specialist teacher who is passionate about development work and internationality. The daycare center operates as an 8-group unit, with two pre-school groups, and is connected to the Vantaa International School; maximum 154 children. The role involves assessing children's support needs, planning and implementing support, and evaluating its effectiveness in collaboration with other early childhood staff. The teacher will support and guide the unit’s inclusive culture together with the day care director, contribute to planning and evaluation of support processes, and work closely with various stakeholders. Strong pedagogical expertise and teamwork are emphasized. Requirements include strong written and spoken Finnish; English proficiency is also required. The unit uses the ProVaka model to support children’s social skills.
