Assistant Store Manager

In this role, you can combine customer service, sales development and growing as a supervisor in a great team. We trust people with responsibility. You support the store manager in day-to-day leadership and act as the team's daily supervisor. You encourage and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals. You make sure the store is attractive and customers want to return. You help onboard new employees and build a positive team spirit. You contribute to maintaining the store's visual presentation and take an active part in social media if that feels natural to you. We are looking for someone who: Has sales experience and preferably experience in responsible roles in retail. Is people-oriented and sales-minded, and gains energy from positive customer interactions. Is motivated by goals and enjoys the team's shared successes. Is interested in fashion, especially denim, and enjoys following trends. Leads by example and encourages others to develop. Employment terms: We are seeking an assistant store manager for the JACK & JONES store in Kokkola for a fixed-term position from January 2027 to November 2027.
