Construction Site Manager

Construction Site Manager (Earthworks and Foundation Construction) We are looking for an experienced construction site manager for our client to strengthen its earthworks and foundation construction unit. In this role, you will play a key part in the success of projects. As site manager, you will be responsible for project production, safety and finances in cooperation with the project manager. You will lead site operations with determination and a coaching approach, ensuring efficient use of resources and safe execution of work stages. Your duties include responsibility for project scheduling, quality management and cost control. You will lead subcontractors and coordinate work stages with the different parties involved in the project. You will also arrange the meetings and inspections required on site and work closely with client representatives and authorities. You will act as a supervisor within your own site organisation and ensure the team works effectively. When needed, you will also participate in contract negotiations and define contract scope during the tendering stage.
