St1 Parkano Pahkalantie is a roadside service station in an excellent location along Highway 3, serving customers 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our services include Helmisimpukka, Driver’s Premium fast food, a shop, electric vehicle charging, a car wash, Kotipizza, a changing lunch menu every day of the week and a breakfast buffet. More about us: https://helmisimpukka.fi/asemat/parkano-pahkalantie We are now seeking a Unit Manager to lead the operations of St1 Parkano Pahkalantie. As Unit Manager, you will lead your team towards outstanding results with strong professional expertise. Your varied duties include taking responsibility for the service station’s operations and financial results, reporting, stock management and supervising 30 employees. You will be supported by the restaurant and kitchen managers responsible for kitchen operations, as well as the shift manager. You will ensure that the station operates according to the concepts and targets provided. You will actively take part in the station’s daily hands-on work and lead by example. We expect you to be goal-oriented, cooperative and enthusiastic, with a commercial approach to your work. You are equally comfortable serving customers at the till and managing personnel. Previous supervisory experience in retail or the restaurant sector is an advantage. We offer an interesting and responsible role, support from our network and a competitive monthly salary.
