Field Sales Representative – Heat Recovery Ventilation Renovations

Our client is an Oulu-based growth company specialising in energy-efficient apartment-specific heat recovery ventilation renovations. The German top-quality product they represent is designed to withstand temperatures as low as -35°C, making it a leading product for the conditions in Northern Finland. The role and everyday work In this role, you focus on what matters: making sales. The company’s own five-person booking team schedules qualified appointments with commercial customers in your calendar. Area: Operations focus on the Oulu and Kokkola areas and further north. Travel: The work includes travel to Eastern Finland approximately every other week, Tuesday to Thursday. The company provides accommodation. Influence: You can influence pricing yourself, giving you flexibility in making sales. In short, you visit the agreed location, where a need for a ventilation renovation has been identified, assess the situation, prepare a quotation and close the sale. This is genuine sales work where you are responsible for results. You will also meet many different people and help them find the best solutions for improving their homes’ energy efficiency. No two days will be alike! What we expect from you Your own car: This is mobile field work, so having your own car is mandatory. Experience: Previous experience in sales, HVAC or building services is a major plus, but experience is not a strict requirement. You will receive very comprehensive training on the job and product at the start. Location: Ideally, you live in the Oulu region. What we offer: €1,600 guaranteed salary during the probationary period (6 months) to give you a secure start. Commission and bonuses: 5–7% commission on completed sales. (The average sale is approximately €9,000) plus an encouraging tiered bonus scheme! Expense reimbursements: Daily allowances and mileage reimbursements are paid as usual.
