Would you like to be part of this delicious takeover? APPLY TO BE A SHIFT MANAGER AT KFC LAHTI! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead restaurant staff and coordinate daily operations during shifts. Grow sales according to the set targets. Ensure an excellent customer experience by motivating and inspiring the team. Ensure compliance with legislation and collective agreements. Train and develop staff in cooperation with the restaurant manager and trainers according to KFC standards. Develop the team and analyse performance reviews. Ensure compliance with KFC standards. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU At least one year of experience as a shift manager or in a comparable role where you have been responsible for leading the restaurant’s day-to-day shifts. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. A thorough understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work according to the restaurant’s opening hours. Excellent Finnish and English skills. The ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations. Base salary from €2,280 per month, with evening and Sunday shift supplements paid according to shifts worked. The restaurant is expected to open in early 2027, but we hope you can start as soon as possible. Training will mainly be arranged in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and the employer will cover daily train journeys between Lahti and the metropolitan area. If needed, we will also arrange and cover individual overnight stays.
