Would you like to be part of this delicious takeover? APPLY TO BE A SHIFT MANAGER AT KFC JYVÄSKYLÄ! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead restaurant staff and coordinate daily operations during shifts. Grow sales in line with set targets. Ensure an excellent customer experience by motivating and inspiring the team. Ensure compliance with legislation and collective agreements. Train and develop staff together with the Restaurant Manager and trainers, in line with KFC standards. Develop the team and analyse performance reviews. Ensure compliance with KFC standards. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU At least one year of experience as a shift manager or in a comparable role where you have been responsible for leading the restaurant's daily shift operations. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. A thorough understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work according to the restaurant's opening hours. Excellent Finnish and English skills. The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations. Starting base salary from €2,280 per month, plus evening and Sunday shift supplements according to shifts worked. The restaurant is expected to open toward the end of the year, but we hope you can start as soon as possible. During the training period, the employer pays for accommodation and one return train trip per month between the training location and Jyväskylä. Training locations depend on the training content.
