For decades, the Olympic Stadium has hosted Finnish and international encounters. As shift manager, you play an important role in delivering a world-class customer experience every day. During your shift, you are responsible for an 80-seat lunch restaurant and a 200-seat meeting restaurant. In addition to lunch and café services, we host many meetings, corporate events and large-scale events. Our core team is small, but private functions and large events can bring the team to as many as 80 people. We are a professional team with a sense of humour, and we enjoy working together. The busy and diverse Olympic Stadium environment calls for flexibility, especially with working hours. No two days are alike; the work is varied, active and interesting. Quality is at the heart of your work. As dining-room shift manager, you lead and organise daily work. You oversee the lunch and meeting restaurant, deliver dinner events, and manage and develop the café’s daily operations. Your duties also include staff resourcing, workforce planning, and managing orders, inventory and invoicing together with the restaurant manager. These qualities will help you succeed and keep smiling. We hope you have restaurant-industry skills and experience in a supervisory role. Above all, we want to find the right person for our team.
