Junior Carpenter

Are you heading toward a career as a carpenter? We are looking for motivated aspiring carpenters for our client company in Uusimaa and the Helsinki metropolitan area for construction, precast-element and casting work. The job: Tasks include formwork and casting, assisting with precast-element work, assisting with installation tasks, and site logistics and maintaining cleanliness. Work is often carried out at varying sites, and working hours are generally weekdays between 07:00 and 15:30. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know different worksites and the opportunities they offer! What we require from applicants: - Previous experience in construction tasks. - Genuine interest in and desire to develop in the construction industry. - Willingness to get hands-on at the worksite, take responsibility and demonstrate your skills in practice. - A valid Occupational Safety Card approved by the Finnish Centre for Occupational Safety; other industry cards are considered an advantage. - You must be an adult. - Finnish-language skills. - Your own tools are an advantage. - Access to a car is considered an advantage, but is not essential for the work. We offer: This is an excellent opportunity to take on varied tasks and find longer-term work. We offer pay in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement; construction workers generally earn €15.55–€18.64 per hour depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive all necessary workwear. In addition, our HR team will support you with any questions throughout your employment.
