Caregiver

Join Onnikoti Toukola in Hämeenlinna as a caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a caregiver for a shift-based, flexible part-time role. The Onnikoti Toukolaa unit offers round-the-clock housing support for adults with developmental disabilities. We value every employee and colleagues are ready to help in any situation. We are a flexible employer and you can influence your own schedule for keikkatyö. Our team welcomes both experienced social and healthcare professionals (e.g., practical nurse, nurse, social educator) and students in the final stages of their studies. The caregiving tasks require at least level B1 Finnish language proficiency and supportive tasks require at least A2 or equivalent Finnish language level, and ongoing language maintenance. The job requires vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act, tuberculosis screening, and salmonella certificate, as well as valid Suosikki/Terhikki registration, professional card, and a hygiene passport. The work is arranged as either 2-shift or 3-shift depending on your preference. Employment type is a keikkatyöhön (shift work). The remuneration is in accordance with the private social services collective agreement (TES).
