Shift Manager

We are looking for a shift manager for Deliberi Jumbo at the Jumbo shopping centre in Vantaa. This is not a position for someone who enjoys quiet shifts. It is for someone who enjoys a fast pace, success and leading a team in the middle of the busiest service. Deliberi Jumbo is a restaurant where the day starts briskly and continues busy into the evening. We sell 300–400 lunch portions every day on a very tight schedule, in addition to evening à la carte dishes, display-case products, pizza slices and pintxos. Customer volumes are high, and every shift matters. As shift manager, you are at the heart of the restaurant. You lead the shift by example, ensure the quality of the customer experience and make sure service runs smoothly even during busy periods. Your duties include: - Preparing food together with the team - Managing shift operations - Guiding and supporting staff - Ensuring high-quality customer service - Placing orders and managing stock What we expect from you: - You can take control of situations and enjoy taking responsibility. - Previous à la carte restaurant experience is essential. - Finnish is essential because the work includes placing orders in Finnish-language systems. - Experience taking shift responsibility or leading a team. - Ability to make decisions and lead operations in busy situations.
